1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS Welcome to Enterpret.net("ENTERPRET") provides its services to you, subject to this Terms of Service Agreement, which may be updated by us from time. If we update this agreement, we will notify you. When accessing Enterpret.net you agree to be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services that may be posted from time to time. 2. DESCRIPTION OF OUR SERVICES ENTERPRET.NET provides users with free access to a diverse selection of translation information. You understand and agree that the Service is provided on an "AS-IS" basis. 3. YOUR REGISTRATION PROMISE To use our services, you promise to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as requested by the registration form and (b) maintain and promptly update the registration data for accuracy, current and complete. If you provide any information that is false, misleading or incomplete, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is, false, misleading or incomplete, we retain the right to suspend or terminate your account. 4. YOUR MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY You will choose a password and account name during Service's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the privacy of the password and account, and are completely responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. 5. MEMBER CONDUCT You understand that all information, text, messages, graphics or other materials ("Content"), that is privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such content originated. This means that you, not ENTERPRET, are entirely responsible for all content that you, email or otherwise transmit via our Service. 6. MODIFICATIONS TO ENTERPRET SERVICE We at ENTERPRET reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the site (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree ENTERPRET shall not be liable to you or to anyone else for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the site. 7. ACCOUNT/PASSWORD TERMINATION You understand that ENTERPRET, may terminate your password and account or use of the Service, and remove and discard any content within the Service, for any reason, if ENTERPRET believes that you have violated the Terms of Service. ENTERPRET may in its sole discretion and at any time, with or without Notice discontinue providing the Service or any part thereof. 8. DEALINGS WITH ENTERPRET ADVERTISERS You understand that a number of other companies may supply content to the Service and might from time to time make offers available to you. Your dealings transactions and contracts entered into with advertisers on or suppliers of content to the Service is at your own risk. ENTERPRET is not a party to any such transactions and is not liable for any claims or damages that may arise from your dealings with third parties. 9. ENTERPRET COPYRIGHT INFORMATION We own the intellectual property rights to the content on the Service and its Compilation, design (the "look and feel"). You acknowledge and agree that the Service and any necessary software used in connection with the Service ("Software") contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by any applicable intellectual property and is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other rights and laws. You further understand, acknowledge and agree that Content contained in advertisements or information presented to you through the Service or advertisers is also protected by copyrights, service marks, trademarks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. 10. ENTERPRET TRADEMARK INFORMATION ENTERPRET trademarks and service marks, and other ENTERPRET logos and product and service names are the registered trademarks of ENTERPRET ("ENTERPRET Marks"). You agree not to display or use in any manner, the ENTERPRET Marks, without ENTERPRET's prior permission. 11. NOTICES Notices that we make to you from time to time, may be made via either email or by displaying notices on the Service or links to notices to you on the Service. 12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between ENTERPRET and you, and it shall govern your use of the ENTERPRET Service, superseding any prior agreements. Materially different terms and conditions may apply when you use affiliated third-party content, websites, or third-party software. The laws of the State of California, except for its conflict-of-law provisions govern this agreement You agree to be bound to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California, for any claim or dispute with ENTERPRET or any of its subsidiaries, officers, agents, affiliates, or employees. Our failure to enforce any right under this Agreement will not waive that right. If any provisions of this Agreement are found to be invalid, the Agreement should be interpreted to affect the intent of the parties, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. You must file any claim related to the Service within one year after it arises.
